Helpful Information for Tenants

Can I get a pet after move-in?
Yes. For more information, please refer to your rental agreement or Contact Us on this procedure.

Can I sub-lease the property?
No. The lease agreement clearly states that the resident shall not sublet any portion of the property or assign the agreement without written consent from Dynamic Home Helpers.

What payment methods are accept for my rent?
  • Tenants in good standing may:
    • Send a personal check by mail
    • Send a cashier's check by mail
    • Send a money order by mail
  • Wire Transfers are also accepted and are a fast and secure way of making your payment. Tenants, please Log In to find more information about this payment option.
DO NOT send cash by mail. Any cash payments sent by mail will not be accepted.

Can I install extra telephone lines?
Yes. However, you must obtain written permission from Dynamic Home Helpers to do this. All costs of installing extra phone lines are the responsibility of the resident and are not refunded. Please see our Utilities page for contact information.

Can I install cable or satellite TV at the property?
Yes. However, you must first obtain written permission from Dynamic Home Helpers. Some homes already have a cable connection pre-wire in the main living area and sometimes in the master bedroom. At some homes you may be prohibited from installing a satellite dish in any location where the dish is visible from the ground or from any other unit in the area. Any cost of installation is an expense of the resident. Please see our Utilities page for contact information.
